School of fish poem

last week for reading we had to write a poem about a school of fish. We had to make a paragraph of the school of fish using an adjective to describe them. We had to put those adjectives in order and see what sounds best for you, we also had to go with a buddy and you had to mark there and tell them what you could improve on and they had to do the same thing. Science roadshow

This week we had a Science roadshow. I really enjoyed it, It was super cool and We learnt so much things. Here is my work on atoms and the science roadshow.  

Mosaics

For the past 2 weeks we have been working on Mosaics. If you dont know what a mosaic is it the pictures on down below. I chose to do an Owl and a Husky. What do you think of them? If you want to know how to do one all you gotta do is. Go onto a google draw and Search up anything on the web and select your picture. Then go onto ploy line and start making! 

Why do we celebrate show day?

 Kia Ora, Today for reading we had to find facts about show day and why we celebrate it! If you re wondering about you can just read my google draw about show day. Even tho its not reading time I decided to finish it off because we got a choice if we wanted to do writing, reading which I picked, math or spelling.

My holidays

 In the holidays Anna-Lee and I had a sleepover at my house, When she arrived at mine we went up to my room and made tiktoks together while we waited for my annoying cousins Marley and Jessie, Jessie isn't that annoying but Marley is. Before Anna-Lee got at my house Theo and I had to dig a hole so we could have a bomb fire and roast marshmallows it took for ages to dig a big hole but it was so worth it in the end! Back to when Anna-Lee and I were waiting for my cousins we went down stairs and made the dalgona candy if you dont know what it is its a cookie from squid game and all you need to do is, Melt sugar and then add the tiniest amount baking soda then get some baking paper and put it on the baking paper and then add a shape and then your done. But when me and Anna made it, it didn't go so well. After we made it my cousins got there! and we all decided to go and play on the tramp. Anna and I moved the tramp so we could climb up onto the roof and jump on to the tramp! It was so fun. When it came to dinner we got to have fish n chips it was sooo good! When it had became night time we all went back outside and played spotlight but with no light Anna and I were the first ones in, It was really funny because we would sneak up behind them and scare them and it was so funny to see them scared. Then they ran away crying. But they got over it soon enough. When it got really dad we did the bomb fire and it was really fun and cool we got to roast marshmallows they we very yummy! After the bomb fire we all went inside and watched a movie we watched Minions Soon enough we all fell asleep.

The Next day.. When we all woke up my Aunty Gem Marley and Jessies mum made us a mean breakfast we got hash browns bacon and eggs! Oh it was sooo good! In the morning we all decided to go outside and play catman, Catman is a game we made up and my step brother Theo is the catman and he has to trip us and the last person surviving wins the game. At lunch time my Aunty and my Cousins left and thats when Anna-Lee and I decided to go bike down to Thomson park as we were biking we could hear the beach. When we got there we went to the skate park for a little while and then we went to the swings... While we were talking about dog breeds Anna-lee fell face first off the swings we both started craking up , dont worry I made sure if she was okay. After she fell off the swings we biked back home and when we got back to my house her mum was already yarning to mine. And then it was time for her to go home... But then I saw her again when we went to the mall. And that was a part of my holidays. The End.

Prototec

Here is my prototec, I am trying to get a better score everyday. For those of you who dont know what prototec is, It Is to help you with your math and you can either do sheet or timed. You can pick a stage to do it can go up to stage 8.  
 

The Magic Ride

As it spun faster and faster my head felt lightheaded, I could hear the birds chirping and the kids laughing. As I was spinning faster and faster each minute I went flying in the air I felt like a bird soring high in the sky, I shut my eyes to see where I would land you would never guess where I had landed, as I slowly open my eyes I found myself I the middle of nowhere, little did I know I wasn't even on earth...

I was on MARS! I couldn't believe my eyes I was actually on Mars. I thought to myself wait how am I on this planet millions of miles from home. There is no oxygen, that thought made me think really hard I had all these different thoughts running though my mind? Maybe I should slap myself to see if I was  not dreaming, I got scared for a moment because I saw something but I dont now if my mind is playing tricks on me or not. I start to explore mars a bit and you will never guess what I found...

A skull of what looked like an ALIEN my mind was blown, I picked the skull up started shouting to see if an alien would come out. Believe it or not a small alien came out of nowhere the alien took my hand and started running I asked the alien where are you taking me? I got no reply so I kept on following it and guess where the alien took me.

The alien told me to close my eyes so I did, then the humanoid told me to open my eyes and when I did I saw this shimmering UFO I couldn't believe what I was looking at there was an actual UFO in front of me. I asked the alien his name and this was his reply my name is...Jeffry I know pretty boring name, Jeffry then asked me do you want a ride home? yes I said I would love a ride home. so we jumped in his intergalactic space cruiser and at the speed of light we departed Jeffry's home world of Mars bearing towards Earth. It took at least 4 years so what it felt like it but really I had only taken 3-4 hours.

When I arrived back to Earth I thanked the alien known as Jeffry, otherwise I would have been stuck there forever. I say my last goodbye to Jeffry And got back to the park I was at and ran to my mother and gave her a big hug I said to her did you miss me and she replied what you were in bed are you feeling okay? Yeah im fine why did you ask I was just wondering she said. Can we go to the park I asked sure lets go.

When we arrived at the park I saw the ride I went on to go to mars I said to my mum I went on that and it took me to Mars and then I found an alien and it took me back to earth, When did that happen said Mum? in my dream I said my Mum replied with maybe we shouldn't go on that then because on mars you cant breathe. But I can breathe on mars I said in an angry voice okay, okay lets just go home for now said mum okay I said
we left the park and we went home and baked some cookies. The End
